I was very excited to get up and go to spin class this morning! I really have missed it this summer just because my cross training is so disorganized without it. I laughed at myself because I felt like I was going to my first ay of school or something!
It will take awhile to get used to it again. My arms are sore and I expect to have the normal “new workout” soreness. But its not a bad sore, so I don’t mind.
This past weekend was a great last hurrah of summer and now Doug and I are getting back into eating better and saving money. With the start of football season, we will be staying home more and watching the games on TV, thus not going out as often. Fewer opportunities to eat poorly! I’m not feeling as pessimistic about my diet and exercise stuff right now.
