And I might have to alter my long run plans for tomorrow. I am aiming for 10 or 11 miles, but I certainly couldn’t run if my legs still feel this way tomorrow! Really, I’d like to have a final long run, but I won’t panic if I can’t. Perhaps I can move the long run to Sunday or something. But my legs could very well feel great in the morning.
My arms definitely took a beating today. It takes a little while to get used to the handlebars on the bike. And my arms are extra sore from carrying Monk at the kennel we visited today. She was so scared. But she got heavy after awhile (even though she only weighs 13 pounds).
We shall see what tomorrow will hold.
