I lost another 2 pounds this week! New weight is 173.6. I did it without exercise and without even following my diet very closely. I can’t wait til I can start exercising again. If I can shed two pounds with nothing like I have this week, how easy will it be to drop the pounds once I have exercise again. Sweet!
But I will add that I do plan to have some ice cream tonight… and probably tomorrow too. I’m definitely not depriving myself. That was never part of the plan.
