I’ve made it to 30! In 13 weeks on Weight Watchers, I’ve lost 30 pounds. I’m a solid size 14 again. Lighter workout clothes that I haven’t worn all winter are loose on me. I put on a short sleeve shirt yesterday and it was loose. I have a whole section of shirts in my closet that I can wear again! Not to mention I have capris!
I’m so thrilled with the progress I’ve made. In addition to expanding my wardrobe and looking better, I feel better. I’m getting stronger and faster. This is so awesome.
Now my weight loss is slowing down though. I have 12 pounds to my goal and it could be two months or more. Its not a bad thing. I expected it. Not only did I expect it, but slower weight loss is lasting weight loss. But its still going to present me with different challenges. Now might be when I start relaxing on the diet a bit. I suppose I can, but not too much. I may have only lost a pound last week, but thats still a pound!
