I haven’t had a food post in awhile and I thought this would be a good one. I made these Sinful Tomato and Basil Noodles over the summer when my sister came to visit. Doug didn’t get to try any and at the time Allie didn’t eat a single bite.

But last night was different.

She loved it! We actually gave her a little bit more because she ate her own bowl so fast! Doug loved it too. So this dish is a winner!

I’ve never figured out the nutrition information for this dish. I made it around the time I canceled weight watchers and meant to calculate before my etools went away, but I didn’t get around to it. I imagine the sinful part is the 4 egg yolks in the double recipe along with the butter. Whatever the “sinful” part is, this dish is worth it!

This recipe says it serves 2. I’ve doubled it both times I’ve made it because we like leftovers in our house and a single recipe uses half a box of spaghetti. I would rather use the whole box. So the doubled recipe would serve 4 right? After we were done eating, I put the leftovers in a bowl and it still looked like way more than 4 servings left… after we’d already eaten some. If I remember correctly, I think I got at least 6 servings, if not more last time I made this. I don’t know how big these servings are supposed to be!
